Become a creature of habit

I'm sure you've heard the old adage-- it only takes 21 days for a habit to form. We all say it, but rarely do we think to act upon it. This blog post will talk through some healthy habits you're probably best to get on top of while you're still young and open minded.
HABBIT NUMBER ONE- DRINK WATER

This one may SEEM obvious as it's pretty much rule number 1 of being a human but a surprising number of people forget to do it. Water can save you from a hangover and cures headaches.
MORNING LEMON WATER

This is a trick endorsed by many a big name: Jennifer anniston SWEARS by it.
Basically first thing you should do when you wake up in the morning (well after you've hit the snooze button a few times and checked your phone) is get a glass of cold water and squeeze some lemon in it. Lemon water is a natural detox as it flushes out the toxins in your body, gives the immune system a kick and will give you happier, healthier skin.
MOVE ABOUT MORE

Exercise is without a doubt the best habit to get into. Not only does it make you more energetic  (endorphins) it can also help to prevent a cold, has anti-ageing effects (stay forever young) and is a great de-stressor (or a great way to procrastinate uni work).
ACTUALLY DO YOUR TO DO LIST

Every morning write a to do lost. This trick has saved my life. If you have a busy schedule and a bad memory then this one is for you. This will help you stay ahead of schedule and get on top of things before they get on top of you. At night time make sure you've ticked everything off and you can start fresh every day.
